Wonderful service from Orange Box self service. The 100sq ft unit I rented was a much better price than close competitors, the specific unit I rented (along with the rest of the building) was clean, fresh and modern. Any questions or communications I sent were answered promptly, no chasing required by myself. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Great company to deal with. Communication is fast and easy. Stored my mums furniture at Long Eaton for a few months. Easy entry to storage area. Lovely and clean. Felt very secure. Lots of parking.

“I recently moved my coach company, Eugene Coaches to Orange Box Self Storage in Ilkeston, and I am thoroughly impressed! The site is spotless and well-maintained, which is essential for welcoming our customers. We love the lounge area, where we can comfortably meet our clients, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are a fantastic bonus. The facility’s security is top-notch, with 24-hour CCTV and PIN-coded access, giving us peace of mind about the safety of our vehicles. The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them!”

Great facility, the staff are great, special mention to Wayne who looked after me, I needed a small unit for my expanding business to work from, I had been looking for a while without success and accidentally stumbled across Orange Box as they were just opening, I’ve had one of their brand new starter workshops which is 390 sq foot and is perfect for me. Other great option is free access to their business hub which gives me a chance to get away from my workshop have a free drink and biscuit and also used it to meet my customers

I run a food export business and must say ticks all my needs for storage as a lorry owner - super spacious unlike other places I’ve tried. The staff at Orange box are very accommodating, especially Mike who assisted me all the way through the booking in process and even got me into a 40ft shipping container.

Fabulous facility, very clean and easy to manoeuvre. There are great little touches like free access to the business hub for complimentary hot drinks and biscuits. Bonus 👌🏽 Also gave me a nice warm space to do my emails and hide from doing any work whilst my sister unpacked our furniture 😀

Nice sized rooms, had the 37sf? Big enough to get uni items in and a few extra boxes. Easy access, just need your own lock. Good communication when setting up and always replied to any queries within a couple of hours. Need to be quick to book especially for the summer as they go quickly. Very good prices.
