Promotion Offer Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all promotional offers run by Orange Box Self Storage, including but not limited to our 99% off introductory offer and any price-match promise.

Terms of the offer

  • We will match a competitor’s quote based on like-for-like service within a 3 mile radius upon receipt of said quote.
  • A like-for-like service means the same storage unit size, length of stay, location and any other store facilities, such as Access Times, Unique Pin Entry and Monitored Alarms.
  • The 99% OFF offer is for an introductory period and is available on selected room sizes only and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The minimum occupancy time for the offer is 2 rentals, the first rental will be invoiced with a 99% discount, the second rental will return to the standard unit rate; if you move out prior to the second rental due date then the storage you have taken will be retrospectively charged.
  • Should a particular unit size increase to over 90% occupancy then the offer will not be valid on that particular size.
  • The offer is for new customers only that do not currently have storage with us and is limited to 1 discounted storage unit per household.
  • The offer CAN NOT be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or price match promise.
  • If the storage unit is transferred into another name, then the opening offer will not be reapplied to the new customer.
  • This promotion is for the duration of the first invoice only and dependent upon room availability, you may be given the opportunity of an alternatively sized room.
  • Orange Box Self Storage reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any offer at any time.
  • All items MUST be covered by Goods Protection, any offer or introductory discount does not apply to any Good Protection Policy offered by Orange Box Self Storage
  • Charges relating to notice periods not provided in line with the terms and conditions will be charged at the standard rental rate
  • The manager’s decision is final
